Cooked Premium Fair - Memorial Vicente Agulló

Location: surrounding the match and goal Lalín Multipurpose Arena.
Distance: 100 to 8000 m.
Organization: School Athletics Hall of Deza and Lalín.
Tirillas Team Representatives: Paco Costa, Andre and Michael Sueiro Sueiro
After two months without competing on Saturday will do so in Lalin over a distance of 8 km.
During this time we have continued to train with an eye to medium term in the Vig-Bay to be held on 10 April.
The best comes to this race as it could be otherwise is Andrew who is training as a "brown beast" on the orders of his demanding trainer Elena Jabois. Paco preparing in recent weeks was altered by his constant relapses influenza (to see if we cover or cu!). For my part I'm in good form and I'm complementing the outputs to run with swimming (to see if I learn) but I still have enough to reach my best level. As always try to leave the flag up high and above all fun.
